Since 1957, the Alvarez family have been perfecting the Las Lomas farm to bring unusually high quality coffees like this one to the market.  Their strict, quality driven standards for growing and processing make for a truly impressive coffee.  Not only does the family grow Bourbon and Pacas varietals at an unusual elevation, but they do so in a country where leaf rust can be devastating to crops.  They are able to accomplish that due to their high quality standards and care for the plants.

Las Lomas coffee grows under native shade trees, improving and conserving the soil, while also encouraging biodiversity on the farm.  This coffee is built for daily drinking while providing the highest standard of taste.  We are certain that you will enjoy this coffee as much as we do.
