Today we roasted 6 batches of sample coffees. All very unique and different origins. We brought in some from Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, Colombia, and Guatemala.
We plan to do a cupping event on Tuesday evening and we are looking forward to the results. It will be interesting to see which ones we decide to include in the portfolio starting in the spring. At the same time as we are finishing up some of the fall/winter batch it will be sad to say goodbye to the Uganda Gamatui Organic, and possibly the Democratic Republic of Congo Organic.
We will let you know how the cupping goes.
