  • This unique coffee from Julio Cesar OrdoƱez-Montenegro is the Los Conejos which is a natual processed coffee.  Having been processed by two award winning producers who focus on the cutting edge techniques of anaerobic and natural processes, this coffee is delightful and bright in it the cup.

The Los Conejos farm and wet mill represents the collaboration and in the processing of this coffee, it was rinsed, and dried in full cherry.  Dried on covered and raised African beds for 16 days, after which it rests in Grainpro bags for 2 weeks followed by dry milling.  The result is a brilliant aroma of berries, carrying notes of plum with a chocolate syrup finish.  The body of this cup is uniquely full for a light roast.  We are delighted for you to enjoy this coffee as we have.
