This Gesha region farm was established in 2019, and although lesser known than Yirgacheffe or Guji, it's varieties are exceptional. Gesha 1931 and Gori Gesha originate from the nearby Gori Gesha Forest, only about 20 miles away.
Harvesting from this farm and processing are meticulously overseen, producing naturals, anaerobics, and the highly sought after carbonic maceration. This lot underwent a 96 hour carbonic maceration in barrels before drying for 16 days on raised beds.
