We only supply specialty coffee, which means that the coffee we use is 100% Arabica, grown and harvested in such a way that ensures the highest quality coffee.  This means you receive coffee beans that are harvested individually at the peak of their development, rather than mass harvesting - a process that disregards the ripeness of the cherry and harvests all at once.  Even though the grower may have to harvest the same estate multiple times in a growing season, the result is a far superior cup of coffee.  Combine that with a roasting process designed to specially craft every roast, and it is clear why Coronado Coffee is uniquely delicious.
